SOTO: When tradition meets modernity between chaos and subtlety. Timeless yet contemporary.

A pleasure for the eyes with it’s unique aesthetic and brilliantly designed bottle, the mix between Japanese tradition and modernity is applied in a manner that is appealing, new and fresh.

Bridging the gap between Japan and North America may seem like a challenge to some, but co-founders Billy Melnyk and Dan Rubinoff succeeded, by launching SOTO Premium Sake here.

”We wanted to take the unwavering excellence of the finest Japanese Sake and make it accessible to the rest of the world.” – says Billy Melnyk.

Creative talent and New York based Joe Doucet designed this ultra violet-coated bottle. The design is recognizable for the way he played with keeping the balance between subtlety, tradition and chaos. The bottle’s design refers to the Niigata Mountains – the famous sake production region.
