French Chef François Payard is known around the world for his mastery in pastry –– and by that we mean creating baked goods that look more like art than something edible.
At Payard’s bakery, FPB, you will be mesmerized by the array of colors and designs of his pastries. There you will find Payard’s signature selection of macarons (a French pastry), available in so many colors and tastes it resembles a rainbow. A few American inspired flavours to note include S’mores, Peanut Butter and Jelly, Coca-Cola and Oreo cookie.
For some theater action, the distinctive glass-encased kitchens allow guests to watch the chefs in action, as endless confections make their journey from the mixing bowl to the oven.
