Clinique's reformulated High Impact Extreme Volume Mascara not only features an oversized, multi-dimensional molded brush that allows you to easily comb through, separate and lift each eyelash (while the dome tip is still there to reach the tiny lashes), but also incorporates a built-in base of polymers that works as a primer to immediately coat your eye lashes and build volume.
